    As a first time home buyer, my experience with Jennifer was awesome! She is really easy to communicate with and quick at responding to any messages. We were able to set up time right away to go look at houses. She knew everything to point out and be aware of at each house we looked at.     Jennifer guided us through the process of building our new home through a local builder, and although the process was long it was nothing but a pleasure because of Jennifer.

    She ensured that we found the type of property we were looking for, for a price that we could afford, in a neighborhood that was previously out of our budget.     Jen is the best! She is very knowledgeable and had a lot of great advice for us throughout the entire process. She is organized and gets straight to the point, which was important to me. Also, she didn't try to "sell" me on why I should use her vs other agents when we first met. Her expertise is what sold me and she consistently surpassed all of my (VERY high!) expectations! Selling your home is so important because it's your biggest investment, and having Jen in our corner was 100% worth the commission. I would absolutely use her again!

    Jenn sold us a house the first day we looked. Coming from out of state we gave her our parameters and she showed us a number of houses, including the perfect one. From the offer to the closing she stayed in touch, keeping us informed of the progress of the sale and helping us line up everything we needed to complete the sale. In addition, she referred us to local contractors who did excellent work at fair prices. I can't say enough good things about this realtor!

    Jennifer was super quick to get back to me when I contacted her via her website. She was really easy to get a hold of and to communicate with. I interviewed 3 realtors to sell my home in South Philly. Jennifer was the easiest to get along with and estimated that we would sell for way more money than the other realtors I spoke with. We went through the house together about what we could change before putting it on the market. She also connected me with someone to clean my house and get it ready for pictures. My house went on the market on Thursday, open house Sunday, and we had a nearly full price offer by Sunday night. Could not have had a better experience!
